Pre-Purchase Plan
We at Unilife Services, Ltd. would like to introduce our Pre-Purchase Plan program for those who are interested in a 2011 or later model year BMW.Our Pre-Purchase Plan program is similar to a layaway program, which will eventually be transferred a regular purchase order when firm prices and specs (of the model that you will eventually order) are received. During your enrollment in this Pre-Purchase Plan program, you will earn interest, currently at 3%, (per annum) on your principal payments.
A minimum deposit of $250 is required to enroll. We understand the importance of your earnings thus will NOT bother you with monthly payment due dates. You are free to make additional payments toward your pre-purchase of a vehicle when income permits. Cash or personal check payments (payable to Unilife Services, Ltd.) are acceptable.
An accounting and interest statement letter will be provided to you every six months until your pre-purchase account is transferred to a regular purchase order. When prices and specs of the model year you are interested in become available, we will contact you accordingly. The initial BMW model you pre-ordered may not be the model you want and you have the option to reselect a model when it is time to transfer your pre-purchase plan account to a regular purchase order form.
In the event your current assignment in Japan is extended, your pre-purchase plan account can be extended. Should you find yourself moving elsewhere prior to your returning stateside, you can continue your account with us and make additional payments via mail.
Although it is our intent to provide you with your vehicle needs, we understand that circumstances do arise which may be beyond your control (financial emergencies, family emergencies, etc.). If you can no longer continue with your pre-purchase plan account, you would let us know and we would close your account and refund all your principal payments.
